My passion for travel ignited at the age of 13 when I spent 6 weeks in Seville, Spain for Expo '92. Flamenco dancing, vespas, lemon and orange trees, cathedrals, new friends... An addiction had been created! Six years later, at the age of 19, I spent 2 1/2 months driving across our beautiful country from coast to coast and soon after moved to England for a year. By this time the travel bug had been deeply planted.
Over the following years I spent my time exploring England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Prague, Turkey, Thailand, Singapore, Mexico (Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta, Mayan Riviera, Los Cabos), the Hawaiian Islands, Disneyland, the western United States, Jamaica, Aruba, Cuba with many more to come...
I have now been in the travel industry for over 19 years. My passion for travel flows into my work making your adventures my own offering the highest quality of service, up to date knowledge, professionalism and honest excitement and interest in your adventures.
Kathryn was recently featured in the industry publication Travel Courier. Here she shares her story on becoming a Travel Agent and the challenges faced in 2020!
Testimonials
This note of THANK YOU is long overdue - but time passing does not diminish the everyday positive impact that Kathryn has not only with Personal Travel Management but also on all her clients that she takes care of so quickly, efficiently and with a smile.
Kathryn has been booking my travel seemingly forever and although it has currently stopped, she delivers with dedication and seemingly magic – we recently had to cancel a large event due to Covid-19 and the Air ticketing refunds resulted in a very pleased client thinking it could not be done. Present Kathryn with a challenge, and she delivers every time!! Thank you again Kathryn for everything that you do!

Travel and your agent
During our current situation we look to thank all the people who have helped us out during stressful times. During this recent pandemic one reads about people thanking nurses, doctors, farmers and even truck drivers I thank them as well.
I read a statement recently about 500,000 Canadians were travelling outside of the country when the pandemic occurred.
Most likely many who were travelling booked their travel online or without the assistance of a travel agent. We to were affected by the pandemic and I can’t give enough thanks to our Travel agent Kathryn Comeau-Wong.
Travel during normal times can be stressful. Worrying about the flight, seat selections and the fun task of entering a country that you have never been to before. The transfers to and from your destination resort and more.
Our travel agent was and is there all the way. Stress free travel is something we can all be thankful for.
Thank you again to Kathryn and all the travel agents out there that work endlessly to make our vacations as relaxing and stress free as can be.

All too often, for whatever reason, customers today neglect to let a business know how they have been treated by its staff. I myself have been guilty of this on far too many occasions.
Therefore, I am writing this email about Kathryn Comeau-Wong. By a lucky fluke I found her last year after being dissatisfied with my former travel agent’s service. She helped me out big-time with a problem I had with Sunwing, and I still remain amazed at how hard working, patient, and professional she has been on my behalf.
She is knowledgeable, honest, efficient, trustworthy, and dedicated to her work. Nobody could have asked for more assistance from a travel agent than I have received from her.
I also wanted to extend my gratitude to Personal Travel Management, because a business is only as good as its ownership, who must set a model that they want their staff to follow. Forget the businesses that advertise “quality service” but in reality, provide anything but. Personal Travel Management is the genuine article, and for that, you should feel very proud to have Kathryn Comeau-Wong working for you.
